SIUC is transitioning to single sign on (SSO) process for the online CITI research compliance training platform. The SSO process simplifies the login experience and eliminates the burden of creating and managing separate credentials. The transition is expected to occur before the beginning of the fall semester and once complete, users should log in using the SSO option. In advance of this change, the SSO instructions document provides information on logging into CITI using the SSO.

The SSO implementation will not impact your CITI training record. Most training offered through CITI is valid for three years, and your current training courses remain valid. We are working to match and migrate existing accounts, however, some users may need to manually match their account when first logging in via the SSO.
